Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in casual dining, fine dining, or kitchen management and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and support staff members
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate catering orders and special events
- Assist with food management and kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role such as cook, bar, or catering
- Proficiency in customer service and cash handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control and food management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
